Hello everyone, my name is Marissa Glase. And I honestly don’t even know where to begin to explain myself.

I guess I would describe myself primarily as an artist. I’ve had an eye for creativity since I was young and I chose to explore that in my undergrad. I am currently a senior at UNCW, majoring in Studio Art & minoring in Art History. Choosing to devote my educational career to the arts was not easy, but it was a decision that I would never take back. I’ve learned an incredible amount about expression, sympathy, creativity, and desire through being an artist. As well as, all the elements of 2D design, and what it takes to create a successful image. This is a gift I want to share with the world.

As far as my personal life goes, it’s pretty simple. Just me & my cat Baby. She’s a real menace, a sassy two year old girl. I like to paint in my free time, explore Wilmington, and spend time with my friends. I don’t know what’d I’d do without my best gal Emma, we are always working but it never feels like it since we just love what we do.

It is a good life to live.
